Topics:  Recording Transactions in the General Journal

Activities:  Students to read pp. 126-139 then complete the Section 2 Check your understanding on p. 140 in textbook.  Due by the end of class.

Tuesday-

Topics:  The Accounting Cycle

Activities:  Students will take notes over new material, participate in practice problems, then correct or redo Ch. 6 Section 1 Check your understanding on p. 125 as necessary.  If don’t finish in class, for homework.  Due by the first of class Wednesday.

Wednesday-

Topics:  Recording Transactions in the General Journal

Activities:  Students will take notes over new material, participate in practice problems, then correct or redo Ch. 6 Section 2 Check your understanding on p. 140 as necessary.  If don’t finish in class, for homework.  Due by the first of class Thursday.

Thursday- Friday

Topics:  Review of chapter material

Activities:  Students will work on assigned Ch. 6 worksheets using their notes and/or book.  Completed worksheets will be due at the end of class Monday.
