Topics:  Review of Ch. 10 topics (Closing entries and post-closing trial balance)

Activities:  Students to participate in test review game.  Winning team and/or scorers will receive 5 bonus points on their test grade.  Ch. 10 Test will be tomorrow.

Tuesday-

Topics:  Test knowledge of Closing entries and post-closing trial balance

Activities:  Ch. 10 Test

Wednesday-

Topics:  Test results

Activities:  Discuss test results/ problems and questions. Students to then correct tests by writing the full question and answer of each missed.  Can use notes and/or book as necessary.

Thursday-

Topics:  Objectives for next chapter (Cash Control and Banking Activities); become familiar with chapter vocabulary

Activities:  Students to define the vocabulary for Ch. 10.  Due by the end of class.

Friday-

Topics:  Banking Procedures

Activities:  Students to take notes, participate in discussion and practice problems, then complete the Ch. 11 Section 1 Check your understanding on p. 264 in book and corresponding page(s) in workbook.

Activities:  Ch. 10 worksheets due. Exchange and grade.  Time for discussion of any questions or problems.

Activities:  Students to begin work on assigned Ch. 10 worksheets.

Activities:  Students to complete the assigned worksheets for Ch. 9 using their notes and book.  Completed worksheets will be due at the first of class Thursday.

Activities:  Ch. 9 worksheets due.  Exchange and grade.  Discuss any questions over problems on worksheets.

Friday-

Topics:  Review Ch. 9 topics (Preparing financial statements)
